The Panorama West Subdivision project consists of Steepened Slope and Welded Wire Wall.  The Steepened Slope is approximately 45,000 SF with a max height of 80'.  Also, there is approximately 6,600 SF of Welded Wire Wall.  The project is located in Bonney Lake, WA and was was built by Olson Bros. Excavating, Inc.

The Bingham Canyon Crusher Relocation 2010 wall was constructed in July 2011 located in Bingham Canyon, Salt Lake Co, Utah. The wall was constructed by Ames Construction, Inc and the wall designer was Geotechnical Design Systems Inc.

Wall Details: 

•    Five Welded Wire Walls / Welded Wire Steepened Slope
•    Maximum Wall Height of 62’
•    Maximum Mat Length of 63’
•    Loads: Walls #1 and #3 will be designed for the CAT 797F mine dump trucks.  Wall #4 designed for the temporary construction load consisting of the Lampson crawler carrying the crusher.  All walls designed for a snow load of 52 psf per project requirements. Where no significant surcharges are present, a nominal 250 psf area loading used for conventional vehicular traffic.

Cowlitz Valley ERFO Repairs Phase 3 is a Steepened Slope wall that is 25 feet tall and 1,500 sf. .  The wall is located near Randle in Lewis County WA, and was constructed in 2019 by AM Excavating, LLC. The wall is owned by the USDA Forest Service Region 6.

The US 97: Modoc Point Project is a Steepened Slope Wall with a ERS Wall and ArtWeld Gabions at the base, and was constructed in 2010.  The US 97: Modoc Point Project is 160 feet tall and 104,000 sf of Steepened Slope.  The ERS at the base is 20 feet tall and 17,500 sf with 1850 cy of ArtWeld Gabions for an overall height of over 180 feet. The wall is owned by the State of Oregon Dept. of Transportation, it was designed by Ontiveros & Associates, and was built by K&E Excavating.
