The TriMet Portland Milwaukie Light Rail (PMLR) - East Segment is a Spiralnail and ERS wall constructed in 2013. The project consists of 113 Spiralnails, 1208 SF of truss panel, and 1536 SF of ERS wall. A section of the wall (section a) consists of driving Spiralnails in an existing wall and attaching a cast in place face to the nails acting as a form anchor. Another portion (section b) consists of nails into the existing wall with truss panel facing behind the cast in place face with a section of compacted backfill between the existing wall and the truss panel facing. The last section (section c) is our standard ERS wall with cast in place facia. The wall was built by Stacy & Witbeck, Inc., designed by Ontoveros & Associates, Inc., and owned by Portland Milwaukie Light Rail (PMLR).
The Base to Base Gondola, KT-22 project is a Welded Wire Wall with ArtWeld Gabions on top, constructed in 2022. The Welded Wire Wall is 4,640 SF and 30' tall, it also consists of 330 CY of ArtWeld Gabions. The wall was built by Sierra Nevada Construction, designed by NV5, and owned by Palisades Tahoe.
The Valais Phase 9 Development project is a gabion wall constructed by Watts Enterprises in 2015. The wall is 18' tall and consists of 737 cubic yards of ArtWeld Gabions. The wall was designed by IGES, and is privately owned.
The Chinden Blvd & Curtis Rd. project is a single stage panel wall constructed in 2021 by Compliance Solutions and Contracting. The wall is 10' tall, 1223 SF, and located in Ada County, ID. We also supplied materials for the temp shoring with our Spiralnails. The temp shoring consisted of 12 spiralnails and 3 5x16 W4 flat mats. The wall was designed by American Geotechnics, Inc., and owned by Ada County Highway District.
The NE 238th Dr., NE Halsey St., NE Glisan St. project is a Welded Wire Wall constructed in 2021. The wall is 28' tall, 17,416 SF, and located in Wood Village, OR. The wall was built by Keywest Retaining Systems, designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions, and owned by the County of Multnomah. Below is a video clip during construction.
The Guardrail Program 264th Street East CRP 5884 project is a Spiralnail Wiretruss Wall that was constructed in 2021 by Granite Construction Inc. & Omega Contractors inc. The wall is 12' tall and consists of 1776 SF of Wiretruss and 207 Spiralnails. The wall was designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions and is owned by the County of Pierce Planning & Public Works
The Sullivan's Crossing Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge project is a Welded Wire Wall with LDCC backfill. The wall is 32' tall, 3,536 SF and located in Portland, OR. The wall was designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions, constructed by HP Civil Inc., and owned by the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
The OR244: Slope Repair and Rockfall Mitigation Project is a Welded Wire Wall constructed in 2021. The Wall is 8' tall, 1,744 SF, and located in La Grande OR. The wall was built by JAL Construction, Inc., designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions, and owned by ODOT.
The City of Puyallup WSU Lid Frontage Improvements project is a Spiralnail Truss wall, and multiple gabion walls. The Spiralnail Truss wall is 3,156 SF of Truss, and 177 Spiralnails. The gabion walls consist of 830 CY of ArtWeld Gabions. The walls were constructed in 2021 by Reed Trucking and Excavating, Inc. The Spiralnail Truss Wall was designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions, and all walls are owned by the City of Puyallup.
The West Fork Cow Creek Culvert Replacement project is a Welded Wire Wall constructed in 2021. The wall is 12' tall, 616 SF, and located in Coos County, OR. The wall was constructed by Johnson Rock Products, designed by Cesaretti Engineered Solutions, and owned by the USDA Forest Service.
